Is an Apple Lightning Connector REQUIRED for the Braeburn for iPhone 5? - A - Yes. The Braeburn for iPhone 5 utilizes the lightning connector for electrical as well as mechanical support.
Is it easy to damage your iPhone 5 / Lightning connector? - A - The Apple Lightning dock connector is made of a thick metal tab that is nearly impossible to bend with normal use. In the unlikely event of the dock falling over or tipping over, the rigidity of the iPhone 5 and the dock mount should prevent damage.
Will the Braeburn for iPhone 5™ work with my case? A- The Braeburn has a system that allows for full adjustability of the Lightning dock connector depending on the type of case you are using. If you are going "naked", rest assured that the design prevents the phone from scratching due to contact with the dock. What shipping methods do you use at Braeburn Acoustics? - A - Since most of our products are small and we want to be cost efficient, we use USPS Priority Mail for Domestic and International orders. Whenever possible, we will manually consolidate orders and issue shipping refunds accordingly.
For most Domestic orders, it is 6.95 Flat Rate.
For International Orders, it is Flat Rate for $16.95. International customers are responsible for all Customs and Duties. All packages that are refused delivery for non-payment of Customs/Duties will not be refunded.
